DELIVERY PAYMENT

Joker Jetski S.R.L offers the following delivery and payment models:

  • Cash on delivery payment at destination for orders up to 4999 Lei (equivalent to 1000 Euro)
  • Online payment by card, when the transport conditions by courier are met, through the payment processor Stripe. (not available for units category)
  • Prices are displayed in Lei for customers in Romania, and in Euros for customers outside Romania. The prices in euros displayed for the units are payable in lei, on the territory of Romania, at the euro selling rate of Banca Transilvania on the day of payment.
  • Payment from customers outside the country (more precisely from EU countries) can be made in Euros.
  • Payment by PO based on a proforma or advance invoice
  • Payment in installments through TBI Bank. More details here.

Also, depending on the product/unit ordered, we provide the following delivery methods:

  • Fan Courier to the destination address, or Fan Box
  • Own delivery for units, for a fee that is later calculated according to km and weight.
  • Pick-up from the premises: check the location link directly from the page where you choose this delivery method.

The products displayed “In stock” are 99% updated with the actual stock.

The “Supplier Stock” products are those that have a longer duration until delivery, and that can be brought “to order”.

Products with “Out of Stock” status, most likely no longer exist in physical stock, or are temporarily unavailable (someone has ordered and reserved the product, or it has not yet been synchronized with the actual stock)

TO KNOW:

  • For PO payments, select the payment method “payment by PO” at the end of the order, and we will contact you as soon as possible to start the process.
  • Delivery by courier, for purchases from stock, is made in 2-4 working days from the moment of delivery confirmation.
  • For orders for products that are not in stock, but are in stock with the supplier, the customer will be contacted by phone, to announce the delivery time.
  • The delivery cost will be calculated and subsequently transmitted to the customer depending on the weight of the package and the number of km to the destination address, in the case of very heavy units or packages.
  • For units, we provide our own delivery for which we charge 2 EURO/km.
