Return

Joker Jetski S.R.L gives you the right to return the products within 14 days of you taking over the order and signing the receipt documents.

According to GEO 34/2014, the return of products is made within 14 days, at the buyer’s expense.
If upon receipt of the product it is found that there are damages of any kind, the seller (Joker Jetski S.R.L) reserves the right, according to GEO 34/2014 Art 14, to carry out, if necessary, the reduction of the value of the product, which can reach up to 100% in the case of products that can no longer be recovered due to traces of assembly or excessive wear.

The right of return applies only to products delivered by courier. In the case of custom-made (external) products for which a deposit has been requested, no return can be made.

If, following the placing of an order for which the customer has paid a deposit, but abandons the order along the way, the seller can retain up to 100% of the advance submitted by the customer.

The return cannot be made when:

• Unauthorized interventions were carried out on the products, resulting in traces of wear, blows, scratches
• Products that for various reasons lack accessories
• Product labels are damaged or missing
• The parts show signs of wear, assembly, welding, painting

We recommend for return the transport of products with the original undamaged packaging, with specific labels and inscriptions to be taken back intact and put back for sale.

Damage to the products during transport as a result of improper packaging can lead to the refusal of the package and implicitly of the return request.

If the products have been accepted for return, the refund will be made within 14 working days and will be transferred to a bank account mentioned by the customer.

To make the bank transfer you must specify the IBAN account number and the name of the holder.

PLEASE NOTE – The IBAN account must belong to the person/company in whose name the invoice was issued!
